Vse Jame in Nijame lahko prakticiramo na telesni, besedni in umski ravni. V trenutku, ko ne izvajamo nasilja nad okoljem smo telesno v skladu z Ahimso(1. Jama, ne- nasilje). Če naše besede še vedno posegajo v zasebnost drugih, če žalimo soljudi, potem Ahimse na besednem nivoju ne prakticiramo. S kultivacijo samega sebe praktikanti postopoma razvijamo bolj umirjen, spoštljiv način komunikacije. Sama evolucija pa posameznika lahko pripelje do te mere, da se tudi miselni procesi ne odvijajo več. Joga je njegova življenjska sopotnica vse od leta 1996. Spoznaval jo je skozi različne šole Shivananda, Ashtanga, Vinjasa. Joga mu daje energijo in orientacijo v prostoru in času.
